The District Vision Max Mountain Shell is billed as a weather-proof lightweight layer to protect you when the heavens open up. The 3-layer membrane combined with bonded seams ensures that no water will break through, along with cutting down on wind sheer.
To help with water shedding the outer fabric is also treated with a non-PFC water repellant coating, allowing moisture to bead up like water off a duck's back. The body features two concealed pockets, which allow you to carry any essential items you might need to stow away safe from the rain.
