Nike's famed track spike gets a rework for the Cross Country circuit, re-born as the ZoomX Dragonfly XC with an updated upper and sole for off-road improvements.
You still get the super responsive ZoomX midsole foam and full-length composite plate, albeit with uppers that shed water efficiently whilst remaining fantastically breathable. The lightweight mesh upper is met with a full-length ZoomX midsole that provides optimal energy return and impact protection. Created using data from hundreds of runners, the forefoot plate ensures a smooth transition from to-off to heelstrike.
