The lightweight uppers are constructed with synthetic mono mesh, reinforced with PWRTAPE placements in high-wear areas which avoids adding unnecessary weight. The heel features a unique TPU tail fin, which helps both manage airflow and just plain looks cool!
Another point of visual speed is the two-part midsole, which exposes the PWRPLATE composite energy return system and cuts even more weight. By using their proprietary NITRO Elite foam, weight is already kept to a minimum but by removing extra material it takes things to the next level. This thinking is continued with the PUMAGRIP-LT rubber outsole, which keeps your stuck to the road without adding unnecessary weight.
