Setting apart this shoe from its previous versions is its upper, it features a LIGHTLOCK upper that provides a better fit and more robust coverage.
The heel uses the signature Adizero Slinglaunch construction for secure, comfortable fit.
Under-foot is all of the hallmarks of an adidas race shoe. The midsole is made with LightStrike Pro foam, for optimal cushioning and energy return—backed by the improved ENERGYRODS 2.0 carbon plate system that now extends further back into the heel for a smoother ride. The Lighttraxion Continental rubber outsole means all of that power's translated to the road with plenty of grip.
