Nike gives their workhorse Vomero a refresh with the seventeenth iteration. Having come a long way since it's debut in 2011, the Nike Vomero 17 represents another step forward for the franchise.
One of the biggest changes happens under-foot, with the midsole moving away from Air cushioning all-together for the first time. The forefoot Zoom Air has been given the flick in favour of a decent helping of ZoomX sandwiched above the Cushlon foam.
The uppers feature a more complex engineered mesh construction, with better ventilation and more support a lot of accoutrements from the Vomero 16 have been removed, bringing the weight down. The new Vomero 17 is ready to hit the road and rack-up miles.
