The New Balance FuelCell 5280 is a road racing shoe that Runner’s World hails as a “track spike, without the pins.” This unique shoe is designed for runners who strive to break the 5:30 mile mark.
The midsole features New Balance's FuelCell technology, providing lightweight cushioning and energy return with every step. The carbon fiber plate in the sole are specifically placed to generate maximum power and improve overall form. For v2 the revised upper is engineered for a snug fit, with added zonal support for stability and a touch of stretch for comfort.
This is a unisex model, listed in men's sizes. For women's equivalent add 1.5 to the US size; ie. men's US9 = women's US10.5
