The ASICS NOVABLAST 3 is a polished daily trainer which is best suited to relaxed, easy runs. For the latest iteration, the midsole has been upgraded to incorporate FF Blast+™ foam to drop weight and gain extra cushioning depth.

The intricately faceted midsole – inspired by origami – rides smoother and firmer than its predecessor, giving a less bouncy feeling under-foot. The heel stabiliser helps support the foot and create a more balanced stride.
