Global Running Community® is a collaborative project between Polish based run crew Swords Athletics and Up There Athletics. Representing two cities on the opposite sides of the world; two communities operating in different climates, different time zones and different languages; bought together by two common interests; running and the convergence of running aesthetics with street culture.

With a total distance of 15,448km between Warsaw and Melbourne, this project stands as a testament to the friendship and community that running manifests, regardless of physical distance. What began as a back and forth on social media, materialised into a collection aimed at celebrating the GRC (Global Running Community), serving as a tangible reminder that regardless of your bodily location, no one runs alone.

Piotrek Chuchla and Patrick Monti collaborated on the "Global running community - GRC" capsule, resulting in a grey t-shirt, black long-sleeve t-shirt, and black & white training towel, all adorned with the GRC visual identity.

The limited edition Swords x Up There Athletics ‘GRC’ collection will be available for exclusive pre-release at our next fortnightly Shop Run (details below), remaining pieces will be available in-store and online from 11:00am Monday 4th March.
