Introducing the inaugural Up There Athletics x On Running crew relay. To help celebrate ZÁTOPEK:10 presented by On:Track:Nights and Athletics Victoria, we will be hosting a crew relay on the afternoon December 2nd.

Introducing the inaugural Up There Athletics x On Running crew relay. To help celebrate ZÁTOPEK:10 presented by On:Track:Nights and Athletics Victoria, we will be hosting a crew relay on the afternoon December 2nd.
Many of you might be familiar with and may even buy into certain running crew rivalries; regardless of which side you sit on, we thought there's no better way to settle a score than doing the one thing we all have in common...running, but with a side of healthy competition. With pre-entered teams from Nile Run Club, Run South Yarra, Northside Collective, AM:PM Run Crew, Hunter Athletics as well as a united front representing Up There Athletics; it's shaping up to be a tight race.
Each team consists of five runners with each runner required to complete a 1km looped circuit before handing the baton onto their team mate. Courtesy of On Running, there will be prizes for the winning team, as well as food and drink for those spectating. We encourage anyone heading to ZÁTOPEK:10 to come down early and cheer on your crew. Time: 2:30pm arrival for a 3:00pm race start
Location: Cormorant Picnic Area, Albert Park Lake (enter via Aughtie Drive)
