This past Monday 27th June, we hosted a special edition of our regular Shop Run with help from adidas Running.⁠ Open to the public, all attendees were given the opportunity to wear test the all new adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 as well as the first chance to purchase.⁠ All this was followed by coffee on us and a chance to chew the fat with friends, colleagues and like minded people from the broader running community.

Whilst a very conversational 6km jog may not be what the the shoes were designed for, the over whelming feedback was that they felt fast and substantially more stable than the previous model. The update includes a new and improved energy rod system, designed as a single structure for a more harmonious stiffness; these rods are embedded into a midsole that consists of Lightstrike Pro in two different densities, providing an elite level of energy return. The upper is even lighter than its predecessor, with more support in key areas and superior heel lockdown.⁠
