It features advanced Pertex® Shield Air technology, delivering exceptional weather protection through a 3-layer waterproof and windproof construction. The Japanese nano-ripstop fabric combines superior breathability with 2-way stretch capability, ensuring comfort during active pursuits.
Pertex® Shield Air: A precisely engineered, electrospun nano-ripstop web from Japan with an open network of interconnected pores. The small and consistently sized pores present little resistance to moisture vapour, whilst providing an effective barrier to liquid. Crucially, where many other waterproof breathable membranes have zero (or close to air permeability, the open structure of the Shield Air allows air to pass through, whilst still offering effective wind resistance.
